I started using the Yor health products after seeing a great result from my son with a lot of encouragement from Mason. I started the shakes and the capsules for weight loss and am enjoying taking them and have so far had great results without trying hard. I don't exercise much i do as much walking as I can which is usually at shopping centres and around the house. I haven't been to the gym at all. I don't feel like im on a diet i just take the shakes usually once a day and sometimes two. When I don't have dinner and feel a bit hungry. Yor Health products have changed my way of thinking and eating. I feel better about myself and feel guilty if I do have a cheat meal. I feel healthier than I have in a long time. If i do have a cheat meal I feel bloated and full. I am planning to reach my goal weight hopefully by Xmas and reward myself a nice holiday where i can go to the beach and feel good about myself. When my friends ask me what diet are you on? I just say im not on a diet im taking your health products and cutting down. When they ask me how much does it cost? I reply its cheaper than getting junk food I say im actually saving on my shopping bill I use to run to the junk food and cakes and chips now I run to the fruit and vegetable section.I thank Yor Health everyday and my son Mason for putting me on the right track. At first I used his products before I actually ordered any so he said taste this shake and try this before I ordered any products. If everyone had a son like Mason I reckon we will have a healthier society. Thank you Yor life for changing my life.
