Yo inicié el Reto con un peso de casi 90 kilos, me puse una meta de bajar 10 kilos la cual me siento muy orgullosa de haber cumplido. Inicié por salud tomando todos los productos del paquete best body tal y como lo indica el video de la pagina de Yor y realizando una hora diaria de cardio de lunes a sábado.
Conforme voy bajando de peso, he estado ganando mucha seguridad y confianza en mí misma, lo que me mueve mas que las cuestiones de estética, es que deseo mejorar mi salud ya que sobremanera tengo un deseo de ser madre y mi sobrepeso es una de las limitantes por eso estoy muy satisfecha y feliz de estar logrando esta transformación ya que mi salud ha mejorado muchísimo y me veo y siento mucho mejor.
Ademas comparto el Reto con mi esposo y esto esta haciendo que sea mucho mas fácil y divertido.
