This is my 5 challenge and this time i can say it was not about only the weight loss but in fact it was about getting fit, strong and with more resistance. I started this challenge like no other because of all the tips i received from the Prospera 2015 national event, winning 3rd place in an event like this changed me even more than i could ever thought, i want to be the first person to win a back to back anual event in Slim and the first to win 4 8 week challenges. I started to change the way i took the product and of course to change my way of eating and exercising after so many years of not doing hardly anything.

My day starts at 5:30 am with 1 Probiotics and 2 Repairs. then at 6:30 with 2 Yor Shape and 1 Complete Burn, From 7:30 to 9:30 Gym (Swimming, Weight Lifting and Cardio) during my training i take water and fresh squeezed Grapefruit Juice with 1 packet of Berry Blast, 9:45 to 10 am is Breakfast of egg whites and veggies. at noon is my yor shake (1 scoop each of: Chocolate Mrp, Vanilla Mrp, Fiber and Super Greens) mixed with either any type of berries or banana or any seasonal fruit, ice and water. at 2 pm i have my lunch and at 5 pm i take my second Shake with one scoop of each (of: Chocolate Mrp, Vanilla Mrp, Fiber, Super Greens and a berry blast). 7 pm i take my dogs for a walk between 1 and 3 kms, depending on them now haha. at 8 or 9 pm depending on my walk i have dinner and before bed i take 2 repairs.

This combination has changed my stamina, strength, resistance on my legs, the changes within my body from swimming and feeling muscles building again and being able to lift heavy things around the house and to go back to gardening and main household fixes, and i can say i am a lot more happy, the 100 pound club can wait a little bit longer for me to join them, i want to get there fitter and with a lot more resistance. I thank God for this time on earth and to have people around me that love me and encourage me to make a better man of myself, Being able to talk in person with Mr. and Mrs. Wong has opened my eyes on the magnitude of their vision for Yor Health, my new relationship with Venus and her transformation encourage me even more, I love Yor Health and on to the next challenge.
