So this challegen is just wow to me. As I keep entering the challenge, I come back out like I am someone new! This challenge I start at 170 lbs and drop down to 164 lbs, and I never thought I would continue losing weight. And also be able to still be able to show some muscles.
The products just amazed me every time. I used to always be conservtive about my products. When it would run low I would take less and try to make it last as long as possible. That was such a terrible mistake of me. Haha. Eventually, I just take it as much as possible beacuse I knew that if I want to reach my health goals, I shouldnt be holdig back on something that could help me. Just buy more when its gone. Haha.
This challenge was the first challenge that i actually use muscle energy during my workouts. I always heard my friends taking how amazing it is and everything but i have never really tried it. But when I did, I finally understand what they were taking about it! I was a bit shocked, like is this real? or is it because I am hoping so much that it would do like thought it would. It just refueled me. I was able to keep going and pushing myself when i work out. Sometimes I feel like i keep going on forever.
But besides that I used the yor shake, super green, the fiber, and the complete burn. I've always have to have those. I wont feel the same if even one of them are missing or ran out beacuse its what keeping in check of my weight, my engery, and a good habit.
I tried to excerise about 4-5 days a week. Sometimes I can't make it to the gym so i would work out at home. Everytime I am at the gym or at home,I would work my butt off. I usualy see a lot of people going to the gym and just being on their phone. I told myself that cant be me. If I wanted to reach my goals fast, I have to really put in the work.
The challenge and everything really made me want to become more than the average person. I never thought it would be a solution to change my life to the better. When I was 208 lbs, I was a bit care free about things in life. I eat whatever I want. It didnt other me. Didnt really care how I look, because I told myself if I was even that good looking why bother trying to look good at all. The way I think back then was really bad. I didn't even know i was that negative at all. Really happy that i have changed. It was just the day after thanksgiving with some friends and family, where i looked at myself in the mirrior and was like "how could i look like this? why?" I didnt love myself. Some of my friends were like it doesnt matter how you look, it shouldnt bother you. You should always love yourself. But in my mind i was like, "love this?" like how? this isnt what i wanted at all. But thank goodness i came to my senses. Sometimes i forget that we have the ability to change ourself. So I was like i need a change, I enter the challenge and thats when everything just change. I didnt like myself but i was able to change myself so i could be able to say i love myself.
