I'm very excited to start seeing my abs and my body getting toner. For the longest time I always want to be able to wear a bikini out to the beach or water parks without being so insecure the way how I look, but I never have the courage to do it, if I do wear my bikini, I would alway cover up in a shirt and shorts. I dislike the way how my body looked, I feel very uncomfortable and other judging me. I've always struggle getting rid of my mid section. That's where I gain most of my weight. I would envy those women who have abs and a fit, tone body overall. I wish, I could be like them and have a body like them. I would research, googles how to get abs, YouTube, look through magazine, add fitness guru to my Instagram, take picture and save it on my phone for motivation, read diet plans, workouts..Etc.. And I would do according what it meantion, it gave me a lot of high hope that I would get my dream body but at the end no results. It was very discouraging, I feel achieving my dream body was impossible.

After so many attempts joining the 8 week challenge and never followed through, I didn't believe that it would be possible. Until I started to see a lot of my friends entering in and win. That gave me more hope that it could be possible. I decide to enter and follow through. I'm so thankful that having the Yorhealth products line make my 8 week challenge so much easier, especially with my busy schedule. In the morning I would have my probiotic, repair and complete burn, and have my delicious shake mix with supergreen and fiber, which it kept me full til lunch. Lunch I would have my vitamin, digestive and super slim along my meal. Dinner Would be the same as lunch. I would alway have Yor shake as snack too. Because of my schedule I would workout 4 days out of the week for 45-1hr.
