Before I was introduced to YOR Health, my health was pretty much going down hill. I had tests and they came back good except for my haemoglobin that was way below normal. So I was pretty healthy (as per my test results). Even with the test results I could feel that I was not my normal self. My legs were always achy, I couldn’t hold a cup, pen etc… for long because my fingers would start to numb, when I lie down or sit for just a few minutes my legs and arms will go numb as well. My body was falling apart on me I couldn’t even go for a walk without my legs seizing up.
Before all this started to happen I was a pretty active person, I was training at least 5 days a week some days I would train twice a day, as well as eating properly. So I couldn’t understand why I was feeling the way I was. So I started going to massages, acupuncture, chiropractor you name it.
