My journey with the products started back in April 2015 the moment after my knee was surgically repaired, the Super Greens mixed with the Berry Blast uplifted me to an elevated state where for moments in time I thought I could just jump off my bed and start running but obviously my body wasn't ready just yet; but the feeling was amazing.
The probiotics really assisted with digestion especially after I was prescribed with a bunch of antibiotics to prevent post-surgery infection.
The MRP was a God-send, at the time I had lost my appetite because of all the drugs I was given so the MRP went down very easily, provided my body with the vitamins/nutrients it needed and kept me full.

I was itching to start my 8-week challenge the moment I got my products but I knew I needed to delay it until my knee was ready. August came along and I decided it was time, I had picked up some unwanted belly fat due to the fact that I really couldn't exercise properly.
I was 84kg with a Body Fat % of 15.2%.
I followed the Thermoslim guide which is given free with the products in combination with my usual workout routine that had given me results in the past.

In the morning I would always wake up with a capsule of the probiotics accompanied by breakfast and a digest ultra. The Digestive enzymes in my opinion are the most powerful product that YOR Health provide, its amazing the results that I got from taking just 1 capsule with every meal! I can really say it helped with the shedding of unwanted fat.
I would take the SuperGreens and Berry Blast together later on in the day when I was at work and starting to get into that mid-afternoon slump. The result is instantaneous, if I were feeling down it would propel me back up to the rooftop and I would stay there. Coffee is a thing of the past.
During my 8-week challenge I hit the gym 2-4 times a week and mostly do a body building regime mixed with some light cardio. Ever since my surgery I have not been able to run properly, so my cardio consisted of swimming and cycling.
The MRP was usually taken post-workouts or when I would feel hungry, it is an amazing meal replacement that does the job to perfection because after taking it I would always have a satisfied feeling like I would after finishing a big meal. Being a low-calorie shake it really assisted in the sculpting of my body for the challenge.

At the end of my challenge I finished with a final weight of 83kg with a Body Fat % of 9.3%!

I have replaced most of the fat in my body with muscle and have got rid of the layer of belly fat that was hiding my abs. I look and feel great, people in the gym would always come up to me and ask what is my secret?
