Yeeeeees Emocionado cuando empecé el reto no creí que pudiera llegar a transformar mi cuerpo tanto, esto se lo debo gracias a los productos de Yor Health y mi Querida Esposo que estuvo todos los días a mi lado apoyándome en todo Gracias Mami, lo más estupendo es que tenía, más de diez años siendo talla 34 o 36 en ocasiones en pantalón y lo que no me la creo es que los pantalones 34 ya no me quedan jajajaja, voy a tener que renovar guardarropa, y parte de salud mi sistema digestivo mejoro muchísimo ya voy más seguido al baño y he aumentado hasta en un 40% más de lo normal la actividad física y lo padre que sigo con energía, mi autoestima va mejorando porque ya me había acostumbrado a verme con sobre peso y creía que por mi edad era normal estar gordito. jajajajaja Gracias a mi hermano por invitarme a este gran proyecto y ya estoy listo para el próximo Reto Yehaaaaa.
