Increíble!!! yo llegue a pensar que siempre iba a tener el mismo cuerpo hasta pensaba dejar de ir a correr por que las rodillas me dolían pesaba 66 kilos ahora peso 61 kilogramos pero lo mas sorprendente es que el nutriologa me llego a decir que tenia un metabolismo de una persona de 43 años !!! por la grasa visceral que tenia en el abdomen y en 8 semanas baje 10 cm de cintura.
