Before I joined YOR Health, I was working in a retail store for almost 10 years. As a member of management I worked long hours, day and night. Also had bad habits of eating junk food, a lot of junk food and ended up gaining a lot of weight. Going from 175 lbs to 215 lbs that was a big gain and really bad. I tried working out and dieting but that didn't work. I knew it was bad already because my body was not in the best shape that I was once in and I was already feeling the effects of being overweight. Once I got introduced to YOR Health I saw the opportunity the solution to how I can get back in the best shape of my life and blast my confidence out the roof. Starting this challenge was probably the hardest and best thing that I have done. At first it was hard trying to add in that first meal in the morning but now it's a lot easier. It's a daily routine now with the MRP and the pills. I never felt so good about losing weight, even though I didn't reach my goal. I came close to it and I can't wait till my next challenge so I can lose more, improve on my health.
