My name is Kayla Hogan, I am 29 years old and happily married with two beautiful little boys.
Before I started the YOR Health 8 Week Challenge I was going, most days, the whole day without eating then once the children went to bed I would eat, and it was not health food at all. I never exercised and I was always making excuses for why I couldn't. I got to a point in my life where I was always tired, stressed, angry, depressed and just a very moody person who hates the way I looked. It was a horrible feeling and I'm sure I was a horrible person to be around. I decided that enough was enough. I joined the Gym (which I hadn't entered in 10 years) and at week 4 of my challenge I signed up with a personal trainer as I needed guidance, motivation and accountability. I purchased the YOR Health Slim Set, YOR SuperGreens and the YOR Super Slims. BREAKFAST: I began my mornings with a YOR MRP with a YOR BerryBlast and SuperGreens. EXERCISE: I would then head to the gym and do an hour to and hour and twenty minute work out, doing about 15 mins of cardio warm up and the rest doing weights. MORNING SNACK: Nuts or a banana. LUNCH: 2 x YOR Super Slims (30mins prior to dinner) Salad for lunch which I started with a YOR Digest Ultra. AFTERNOON SNACK: I would either have a YOR MRP or a piece of fruit. DINNER: 2 x YOR Super Slims (30mins prior to dinner) YOR Digest Ultra at the beginning of my meal. Meat and salad or veg. I found the whole program so convenient and easy to follow. I loved that I didn't need to think too much and that if my boys were being demanding, that I had a backup meal. After 2 weeks I began feeling amazing and it has just gotten better and better since then. I feel more confident, have so much more energy and I feel happier and healthier.
