WOW, how good is YOR health.
I was introduced to YOR health 8 months ago and I've never looked back.
I started my journey weighing 130 kilos, which was predominantly fat and not a lot of muscle. There is no way I could have achieved these results without the help of YOR products.
Now I know I haven't lost all that 38 kilos in the last 8 weeks, I've only lost 4.5 of them but what I have done in the last 8 weeks is lost 3.5% body fat and gained 2.3 kilos of muscle which isn't too bad.
I train weights 6 mornings a week and do cardio 3 nights a week. In no way would I be able to continue my vigorous training program without the assistance of YOR products.
For my body to be able to keep up this routine I take YOR super greens every morning along with YOR probiotic ultra. I also have YOR super slim before meals and YOR digest ultra during them.
I love the YOR berry blast and have them whilst training which helps to keep me focused.
