What a ride...
YOR Heath has given me life again and I couldn't be more appreciative. 8 weeks ago I weighed almost 73 kilos and for a 5 foot female that's a lot.
I always saw myself as busy and no time to exercise or look after myself. Looking after two young children, a husband and working I always thought that should be satisfying enough but it wasn't.
So, I started to go to my local gym every Monday for a personal training session and in conjunction with YOR products started this amazing transformation to my life.
Each day I start with YOR super greens, fibre plus and YOR probiotic ultra. I also started to take YOR super slim 30 mins before my main meals and YOR digest ultra during meals. I have a YOR berry blast at around 3pm each day which helps me get through the afternoon. I've never been someone to try something like this but after a recommendation from my husband I did and wow am I glad I have.
I am currently 68.7kilos and I now have muscle which I don't think I had much of before.
