Today, I am15 pounds lighter. I started at 185lbs and now I weigh170lbs. It may be the end of the 8 week challenge but it's not the end of my journey to feeling great, healthy, and fit.
My regimen starts off with 2 probiotics and 2 repair supplements in the AM. Follow by 2super slim before having my morning shake mixed with 2fiber and 1super green then 2 vitamins. I usually don't feel hungry and didn't snack much. For lunch, I would have 2super slim 30 minutes before a salad with chicken, a fruit, and 2vitamins. In the late afternoon, I would have another fruit which usually takes me to dinner in the evening. 2super slim, at least an hour before, then my night shake. I hit the gym about once or twice a week at lest 1-2 hours depending on my schedule. Before bedtime, I would have a repair and probiotics.
At first, it was hard trying to remember how much and how often to take these nutrients but they became easier by the day. Today, I feel lighter than I have been in many years ago thanks to YOR Health. This is not the end of my challenge but only the beginning. Happy health!
