Hola mi nombre es María Jesús Segovia, estoy muy contenta al finalizar mi primer ciclo ya que logre mi objetivo de bajar 7 kilos, empece con la línea paquete fitness y me sentí muy bien con los productos, desayunaba y cenaba la malteada, el súper Greens lo tomaba en mis colaciones de la mañana y de lla tarde, al igual frutas, Mis probioticos y repair de la noche, Mis digestivas a la hora del almuerzo junto con el Shape media hora antes del almuerzo, al igual empece con ejerció una hora diaria en las mañanas.
