I'm Tania, I been in all kind of health programs and diets before and I been fighting with my weight since forever.
A friend of mine started this program and I notice incredible changes in her body, so I decided to give it a shot, that's how my road to YOR best body 8- week challenge.
I work all morning and at night I attend school, this routine make even harder to look after my meals and worse, it make it impossible to exercise; you could say I spend all my day sitting either at the office, school or in the car. I weighted 145 lbs.
I was so optimistic about starting YOR Health program, I started my day with 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics ultra upon rising.
Before breakfast I took a capsule of YOR Super Slim.
