Hi I'm Sue Armstrong. A little over eight weeks ago, I was introduced to YOR Health.
I have suffered from digestive issues and irritable bowel all my life. I had tried numerous remedies but nothing really helped, and I just thought that pain,bloating and bouts of diarrhea and constipation were my lot in life.
I was pretty skeptical about what YOR products could do for me, but I figure I had nothing to lose right?
I started on the Digestive Enzymes and the fiber and within a couple of days I noticed a big difference in how I was feeling!
I was really encouraged and having some excess weight to release, decided to enter the Challenge.
I have always exercised, lifting weights and doing high intensity training, but wasn't seeing the results of my hard work in the gym.

So happy to say I released seven kilos!
I'm feeling proud and healthy today and will continue on with my training and eating and supplementing the right way and I am now confident that I will achieve my goal of competing in a bodybuilding competition in 2016!
