A week before I knew about YorHealth, I made a promise to my self that I would loose as much weight as possible, so I could be healthy to excersise with my wife and to play with my daughter in the future.
When YorHealth reached my life, I found the best option for me in order to accomplish that, starting this challenge weighting 400.4 lbs and lost 38.06lbs. making it to 362.34 lbs.
At the beginning I didn't know what to expect, as if the products would make a change in me, but with time I felt with more energy, more fulfilled with what I was doing, eating correctly and excersising a little.
So I decided to make a routine, in order to follow it and reach a goal. And every day I wake up at 6:30 am, I drink a glass of warm water with the juice of one lime, also taking one capsule of YorRepair and one YorProbiotic. After that I would shower and get ready for my daily routine.
At 7 am I would get ready my lunch and drink two YorRepair, and two YorVitamins, with an orange juice mixed with a scoop of YorFiber and one scoop of YorGreens. It is really something, it makes your body start to take in all the nutrients of your day and makes you feel ready for another challenge.
At 7:30 I would eat some scrambled eggs with one YorDigest capsule.
At 10:30 am I would take 2 scoops of YorShake with cold water, giving me a fulfilling stomach for at least 3 hrs. At 12:45 I would take 2 YorShape capsules.
At 1:15 pm I take 2 YorVitamins and lunch, trying to make my lunch as healthy as possible (200 grams of meat, fish, or chicken with lettuce)
At 3:30 pm I take a YorBerry Blast with cold water and some lime juice which makes it delicious (I really recommend it), with some veggies ( a full jicama).
At 6 pm I take a 2 scoops of YorShake with cold water making it my excersise starter, as I now walk with my wife 2 miles four days a week.
When I come back home I eat some dinner ( 200 grams of meat, fish, or chicken with lettuce)
At 10:30 pm I take one capsule of YorDigest with one glass of cold water, then I try to go to sleep, because it is important that the body has at least 8 hrs of sleep everyday, so it recovers fully.
Everyday I would try to drink at least 1 Galon of water to clean the organism and to hydrate it as much as possible.
I can say that YorHealth has made a change in my life, because it makes it easier to be healthier, now I feel positive, energetic and powerful to keep this rhythm in order to change my life. I now know that is
