First of all, I would like to thank Yor Health and the 8 week challenge for changing my life and helping me get to the best shape of my life.
I grew up as “the skinny girl” and I never worried about my weight or had to go the gym. You can say I’m allergic to diet plans and the gym! Lol. In my entire life, I have never weighed more than 105lbs. So, I could eat anything and everything, and never gained weight. I would eat big meals and not eat for a long time to the point of starvation. Then, I would find anything that is fast and available to eat. However, my poor eating habits had caught up with me recently last year. I developed a serious stomach issue and had digestive issues. I was always in pain when I ate certain types of food that my body couldn't break down. On top of that, I gained 12lbs. I was devastated and hopeless. I couldn’t recognize the person in the mirror. And, I was desperate for a change.
So, I decided to join the challenge to get myself back on track. I started with the challenge at 117lbs, which is the heaviest I have ever been.
Every morning I start my day with 2 probiotics and 2 Repair Ultras. Thirty minutes after that, I took the Yor Shake with 1 scoop of Supergreens , 1 scoop of fiber and Yor Berry Blast. I would take 2 Super Slims after the shake. For lunch, I would take 2 digestives and 1 vitamin with my meal. For mid-day snack, I would have another Yor Shake. For dinner, I would take 2-4 digestive ultras and 1 vitamin with my meal. Then before bedtime, I would take 1 probiotic and 2 Repair Ultras.
During the challenge, I worked out a few times a week. And after every workout, I also took a Yor Shake as a post workout protein source. My workouts were an hour long and consisted of HITT and resistant workouts. I noticed a huge difference in my performance and my endurance definitely went up. The products gave me a lot of energy to help me get through the intensive workouts!
This challenge has given me my life back and my confidence. I can’t express how amazing I feel right now. I haven’t felt this great for a very long time. Thanks to Yor Health, I was able to drop 12lbs, get abs, and lower my body fat percentage from 24% to 16%. I am currently weighing at 105lbs. This has been one of the best things that I have done for myself. I feel confident knowing that I have the best nutrition in my body. Now, I can say I love my new body!
