Hola mi nombre es Martín Alanis Solís , mi peso cuando inicié el reto era de 92 kg y ahora mi peso es de 82 kg, es decir logré bajar 10 kg en 8 semanas, los cuáles he cargado por 10 años probando una infinidad de suplementos para eliminarlos , gastando mucho dinero sin ver resultados y gracias al reto Yor best body he logrado mi meta.
Confieso que el tomarme los productos fue muy sencillo para mí simple y sencillamente seguí el régimen de tomarme reparador y probioticos en la mañana, mi malteada combinada con supergreens y fibra en la mañana y después de hacer ejercicio , el yor shape y digestivas antes de cada comida y berry blast a media tarde. Los suplementos siempre los combine haciendo ejercicio diario de 1hra a hora y media y sin dejar de comer lo que comía antes.
