Comencé con 104.7 kilos y termine el reto en 99.6 kilos. Al haber bajado mis primeros 2 kilos mi rodilla izquierda que me molestaba mucho al caminar dejo de hacerlo, gracias a que me habia estado tomando 2 reparadores temprano por la mañana de a diario. Hoy estoy feliz ya que desde que me he estado tomando los productos de YOR, me he sentido excelente. Hoy me puedo tomar un café agusto y ya no siento agruras y no he tenido inflamación del esófago.
Gracias a que me controlado al comer y gracias a la malteada he podido bajar de peso poco a poco, ahí la llevo. Quiero llegar a mi peso ideal por salud y para verme bien.
