Este reto fui mui flojo respecto al reto ya que nos estuvimos cambiando de casa , no comía bien ,y por estrés la verdad aveces dormía muy poco , pero algo que me llamó mucho la atención es que aún haciendo poco ejercicio y tomándome los suples vi cambios. Subí de masa muscular que como ya sabrán es algo que batallo mucho gane más pierna ,incluso mi condiciones muy buena ,baje índice de grasa y también me siento más fuerte me tome los probioticos en la mañana junto con él Repair ultra , y luego me tomaba la fibra para sacar todo lo malo e ir mejor al baño jaja , el súper greens como entremés y muscle energy después de entrenar para recuperarme y obviamente antes el berry por esos días que era muy pesados que no pude dormir bien para traer más energía no cabe duda qué YOR es sorpréndete y me siento increíble y este año 2016 vamos por el campeonato
