Inicie el Reto pesando 57kg y era talla 5 y ahora despues de 8 semanas peso 52.5 kg y soy talla 3 y me queda un poco floja :D De verdad me siento increible . Para llegar a mi meta consumi Mucho Super Green soy Fan del Super green !!!! tome mi digest la fibra y en la primera semana tome MRP en el desayuno y como colacion al terminar de hacer ejercicio y el quemador 20 minutos antes de hacer ejercicio. El producto lo consumi a diario ya que el desgaste es inevitable y las enzimas las requerimos al 100% . No hie tanto ejercicio por falta de tiempo y solo a la hora k podia salia a correr aproximadamente 30-40 minutos. Veia videos en youtube de ejercicios de resistencia y hacia las rutinas y a las 4 semanas hice 60 abdominales casi diarias :). El Reto a sido lo mejor en mi vida ya que siempre habia soñado con tener un abdomen marcado y no lo habia logrado jamas ahora me parece increible despertar y verme al espejo y amar lo k veo en el!! A cambiado muchisismo mi estilo de vida mi alimentacion mi conciencia sobre mi salud y estoy puestisima para que en cuanto pueda inscribirme a mi segundo Reto.
