8 Weeks ago i started a journey for better health being a 21 year old being in my line of work i wasn't happy with where i was that's when i decided to change my health and start going for my ideal body. My first day of the challenge I weighed 84 Kgs and wasn't feeling the best i started to eat clean and working out twice a day, in the first week i found it was a little shock to the system I started using all the products the way they meant to be used and i started to feel the effects i was more energized i was staying fuller for longer. In the first week i put on 1.5 kgs. I was going great before i knew it was week 4 half way i was feeling great i was getting stronger and setting Personal bests i started to notice the change. I took my 4 week progress pictures and i was shocked to notice the changes that had occurred it helped me stay motivated more determined than ever,. take the shakes twice a day eating clean taking the pills once a day it was paying off. Then the final leg hit I felt i could feel the difference and everyone around me could see it to it felt amazing to not be that skinny guy i followed the set workouts and eating then yesterday i set my personal best one rep max on few of the exercises i was determined to set.

Squats went from 60 kgs at the start up to 140 kgs yesterday
Bench Press went from 50 kgs at start to 90 kgs yesterday
pull ups and dips started at doing 5 reps max at start and now I'm pushing out 20 reps straight i have gained strength 10 fold and looking and feeling amazing it has helped present my self better and my confidence has gone up

I know way 89.7 Kgs that's a massive gain of 5 kgs and I'm already looking at starting my next challenge.
