After a long australian winter season I knew the summer weather was nearly here. I needed some motivation and help to get my body back to being bikini ready! Entering the 8-week Yor Health challenge is the best thing I have done.
By taking the products everyday and sticking to my routine I could feel straight away that my body was less bloated and I had more energy for my workouts. By taking my super greens every morning I also didn't catch any colds.
I stuck to my usual workout routine, which includes 2 boxing sessions and 2 weight sessions every week with a walk/run on my weekends.
My favourite product would have to be the YOR vanilla and YOR chocolate protein shake. It is delicious, I will never go back to any other protein brand. I look forward to doing my workouts because then I get to drink my yummy shake after.
I also used the YOR vanilla protein to make protein pancakes which I love for breakfast.
The products that I used were; 1 probiotic every morning when I wake up. A Supergreen/berry blast shake every morning. Then my yummy chocolate/vanilla protein shake after my workouts. I also took a digest ultra and 2 vitamins with my lunch and dinner.
I ended up losing 3.5kg and many centimetres off my body. I also gained muscle and can now fit into my summer bikini! I am so happy with my results and will definitely continue using all of the YOR health products.
