Cuando inicie el reto tenía sobre peso en límite de obesidad, ahora mis indices se acercan más al de una persona sana. Uso todos los productos de yor y para mi la malteada es lo que me hizo tener un alimento, práctico y con pocas calorias para volver a activar mi metabolismo, realmene uso TODOS!!! y soy fan :)

Solía saltarme muchas comidas y realmente me sentía muy cansada y con pocas ganas de levantarme a trabajar. El día de hoy puedo decirles que mi vida es diferente. Porque tengo más energía y mi estado de ánimo ha cmabiado hasta mis amistades dice, que desde el reto quieren estar conmigo por más tiempo.

Me siento contenta, me ejercito con mis amigos. De 4 a 5 Veces por semana.
