Hola Comunidad de YOR Health me siento muy feliz por que este es mi segundo reto, esta vez logre bajar 12 kilos.
Cada vez estoy un poco mas cerca de mi meta final que es lograr bajar 100 kilos!
Mi regimen es:
Al despertar tomo una capsula de YOR Probiotics Ultra con 2 reparadores
Despues me tomo YOR Super Greens
Un rato despues me tomo mi YOR MRP de vainilla que ademas de saber deliciosa me mantiene satisfecho hasta la hora de la comida
En la comida, como balanceado, no me limito de nada, solo me tomo 2 YOR Digest Ultra con 2 YOR Shape
