Growing up I was very insecure about my stomach area and I would alway cover up wearing dark loose clothing to hide my stomach. It got to a point where I was so desperate to lose weight I would starve my self for weeks. I always felt tired and I would have occasional times where I would faint. But I still didn't see my stomach get any smaller. The only difference was that I dropped a few pounds but after a few days I would gain it back. I was going through these ups and down and deteriorating my health for nearly 5 years. Thankfully my sister introduced me to YorHealth and ever since then everything changed!

With this amazing product line, I can see my body transform into the body that I have always dreamed of having. Before YorHealth I would only dream of having a tone and define body. I never thought that it was possible for someone like me to achieve such a body. What I love most is that not only did it changed my body, it significantly increased my energy level. I remember I would already be huffing and puffing by my first 10 mins of cardio but ever since I used the products, I am able to have more endurance in the gym. Now I'm not only able to do cardio, I'm able to lift heavy weights!

For my routine: I workout 4 days a week and use the products along with healthy eating.
Wake up: Take 2 repairs and 1 probiotic with bottle of water
Breakfast:
-2 vanilla scoops Mrp + 1 supergreens scoop+ 1 scoop of fiber
Workout: 1-2 hrs
- 2 complete burns
Lunch:
- 2-3 digestives+ 2vitamin
- broccoli+quinoa (brown rice)+ chicken breast (salmon)
Snack:
-fruits or celery sticks
Dinner:
-2-3 digestives+ 2vitamins
-same as lunch or a grilled chicken salad.
Before bed:
