Estoy muy emocionada por que sigo viendo cambios en mi cuerpo reto con reto! Con otros metodos siempre he visto rebote incluyendo la manga gastrica y el dia de hoy no solo me he mantenido si no que sigo bajando y moldeando mi cuerpo!
Estoy muy feliz de demostrarme a mi misma que puedo hacerlo y teniendo de la mano el Reto de 8 semanas se que lograre mi objetivo!
En este reto logre bajar 6 kilos! Mi regimen fue el siguiente:

Al despertar una capsula de YOR Probiotics Ultra, 2 vitaminas y 2 reparadores.
Mi malteada YOR MRP de chocolate con una medida de YOR Fiber Plus
A la hora de la comida como normal, lo mismo que hay en la casa para todos, solo me tomo mi YOR Digest Ultra y 2 YOR Shape. Evito tomar gaseosas y cuando tengo ganas de tomar otra cosa que no sea agua me preparo un YOR Berry Blast.
No tuve mucho tiempo de ejercitarme por el trabajo, camine de 2 a 3 dias a la semana aproximadamente 30 min.
A la hora de la cena me preparo mi YOR MRP de chocolate, 2 vitaminas y 2 reparadores a la hora de dormir!
