Wow, this challenge has been an amazing journey for me. I started this challenge at 190lbs. I've dropped down to 179. I lost a total of 11 pounds and gained some muscle mass along the way as well. I noticed that I've slimmed down not just in my midsection, but my legs and face as well.

For my regimen, I used 2 probiotics in the morning upon awakening. 1 complete burn with my morning shake. For a snack I'd have 2 boiled eggs or fruit with the super greens along with digestive ultras. I'd have 1 super slim 30min-1hr before my lunch. My 2nd snack would be a fruit. I would have the essential vitamin and digestive ultras with my dinner shake as a post work out. I worked out 3x a week and I have a Polynesian dance class 1 day out of the week.


This 8 week challenge has been the first time I have been able to get on track to getting into my best body. Ever since I had my daughter, it was a struggle for me to lose weight. I tried many different diets, diet pills, training and even to the point of getting surgery done to lose weight. I realized it was a quick fix and didn't get me the dream body I wanted. With this challenge, it allowed me to get on a set and easy schedule and stay focused. Not only that, but I was still able to have my cheat meals as well! Every day I would wake up with a smile knowing I was feeding my body with good nutrition and noticing the progress I've made every week. After completing this challenge, I realize how much I love the products and how it keeps me healthy, happy and more importantly the self confidence I am able to get from it. Nothing means more to me than being happy with myself, aside from my daughter of course. But when I look in the mirror and I see the progress, it makes me think of how far I've come. Growing up being the chubby one and being bullied is now in the past. I now have life by the horns and I have control of what goes in my body, and I control the affect it has on me. I look forward to what else YOR Health has to offer to me and also to keep losing the weight and staying happy with myself.
