By far this challenge has been the most important to me since starting with yorhealth 2 years ago.
THis last 12 months has been the hardest in my life, after loosing my job, my girlfriend, my apartment and almost all my other possessions. I fell into a slight depression began feeling useless like there was nothing I could accomplish. So that's why I decided to join another challenge I new that if I could achieve something, anything then things would start to get better. Immediately after cleaning my diet up joining back at the gym and taking all the yorhealth products consistently my mood begun to change. My energy increased, my focus. And my joy!!!
After 8 weeks, I feel like a whole new person, not only has my body and my health improved, my work has gotten better, my business is going much stronger, my relationships are improving. This challenge has actually changed the trajectory of my life and I couldn't be more thanks full
