Hi Yor Health,

My name is Yer Xiong. I am currently living in Denison Iowa, a small town where most of everyone work in the same company. I reached my heaviest weight 2 years ago at 210 pounds and being short doesn't help much too. Since I started work I had dropped over 50 pounds however I am still not satisfy with the result. So when I saw one of my friend got her abs in just a few weeks I am convinced that I need to be in control of my body not just my statue. That's when I contact my trainer and started this challenge.

My everyday routine consist of 2 probiotics and 2 repairs first thing in the morning and 1 probiotic and 2 repairs before bedtime. I would take 2 super slim 30 minutes before each meal. For breakfast I would have a shake with 2 vitamins and a complete burn. As for lunch, I would have chicken breast with steam veggies, 2 vitamins, 2 Yor digest ultra and a complete burn. For dinner, I would have a shake with 2 vitamins and a complete burn. On top of that I would have fruit for snack and whenever I'm hungry...

For my first week, I just eat and follow my regiment as my trainer suggested and with no exercise, I was able to dropped 10 pounds. With that result I was super happy because I can see and feel the difference within my body. So, I decided to add exercise with my eating routine. I was doing fine for the first three weeks then I fell off the wagon. And have to try to get back on track which I did and continue until the end. It takes commitment and focus to be able to get the best result and I learned that the hard way. As my journey continue, many people in my life have noticed the change in me not just my body but my lifestyle and attitude. Within 8 weeks I was able to drop 23 pounds. So, I am grateful for Yor Health for giving me a second chance in changing my body shape and help boost my confidences.
