After my first cycle, honestly, I was a little disappointed with getting 3rd place. Immediately after the challenge, I went out with some friends and celebrated because it was a long 8 weeks! However, I started to slack off a bit and my return to Sydney wasn't what I had hoped for; so I was under some stress and ultimately decided to return to the States. A few weeks into the challenge, I returned to the States and easily fell into the American eating habits, but I continued to take my supplements, especially the digest enzymes. I quickly gained focused and started to control the large proportion sizes and started working out 2-3 times a week. Because the meals are so large in Texas, I ate once a day on non-workout days and twice a day on workout days. My diet consisted of 2 meal replacement shakes mixed with the Fiber Plus, one egg, and a scoop of supergreens -- I also took my essential vitamins twice a day, a probiotic and complete burn in the morning. The vanilla MRS with supergreens is now my favorite -- sounds gross but you should give it try. After this cycle, I realize how vital the supplements can be. I literally take everything except the Super Slim. The Complete Burn is one that I will discontinue taking because my body-fat % is exactly where I am comfortable, which is around 10%. My weight is about the same as the last cycle, however, I'm more defined in my midsection area. What I am convinced about now compared to then is that I believe that the supplements are significant to my health nearly more than food simply because my body absorbs the supplements and my energy levels are consistent throughout the day. People often ask if the products work. I've come to realize that people just must try them and see for themselves!
