Hola a todos, cómo están?

Este ciclo fue difícil mantener el ritmo en ejercicio del anterior sobre todo en las ultimas 2 semanas por algo de ocupaciones extras, ademas de no ser tan estricto en mi alimentación y lo veo reflejado en mis resultados.

Pero ya experimente lo que es mantenerse enfocado y también lo que no debo hacer más para mantenerme en una curva ascendente, de entrada traer siempre conmigo Yor Shake a todos lados y evitar comer cualquier cosa en la calle. Del resto de los productos no hubo mayor falta y los consumo todos, excepto el quemador y en contadas ocasiones el Muscle Energy.

De lo que estoy sumamente feliz es que ya no bajo de peso!! Gracias a las enzimas con las que aprovecho todos mis alimentos.

En el siguiente ciclo retomare el enfoque para seguir construyendo mayor masa en general (incluyendo la parte inferior) y definición en la media y alta.
