Hola, mi nombre es Andrea Castillo. Este es mi primer reto de 8 semanas.

Antes de ser madre me sentía muy bien con mi cuerpo pero después de tener a mi hija y con el paso del tiempo me di cuenta que por mas que tratara y tratara no conseguía recuperar mi figura, probé dietas y me funcionaban al principio pero a la segunda semana me sentía muy estreñida e inmediatamente tenia que dejarlas.
