Este ciclo logre mantener mi peso!
Aún me es un poco difícil subir masa muscular; sin embargo, para mí es un alivio poder mantener mi peso sin la necesidad de tener una dieta rigurosa!
Para eso, me han estado ayudando mucho los productos de YOR Health ya que puedo despreocuparme un poco del consumo de calorías!
Este ciclo solo consumi el YOR Shake, YOR Digest Ultra y el Berry Blast.
Hice ejercicio de 1 a 3 veces por semana en mi casa, usando pesas o haciendo entrenamiento HIIT.
Este ciclo me enfoqué en desarrollar un poco más de músculo en la parte superior del cuerpo y me emociona mucho saber que ya puedo empezar a ver los resultados de mi esfuerzo!
El próximo ciclo me enfocaré en desarrollar todos los grupos musculares realizando entrenamientos como Insanity o Crossfit.
