This is my first cycle of the YOR best body challenge!YOR best body challenge has been more then just changing my body !
It's been about changing my mind and believing I can ! YOR health has given me something that I've never had before ! Happiness and a healthy body !
I've always struggled with maintaining my weight and with YOR best body challenge now I've really gone and done what I thought was impossible, toned up ! I always thought I couldn't never do it! And now Ive started and believe, there is no stopping me !
And I plan on keep on going !
