One of the reasons Ive decided to take the challenge is because Im getting divorced. Im getting rid of a lot of things that have hurted me and I want to feel good about myself and prove to myself that I can commit to a long lasting change and take care of myself.
Im taking early in the morning before breakfast the probiotic ultra and repair caps. Those are the easiest for me to remember to take before I wake up my to girls and get them ready for School. If I have no time left to take breakfast I prepare a chocolate Shake. While im at the Office Im trying to drink more water and a berry blast. I have not noticed yet a difference in weight but my tummy is a little smaller. I dont care that much about weight but looking better and healthier.
