My name is Sonny Liu and this is my first official fitness challenge and the YOR Best Body 8-week Challenge has led me to build a foundation to my health journey. I was really pumped for this challenge when I saw videos about it. When I saw the winners of the challenge I said to myself, "This is extremely competitive... just the way I like it!"

As a soccer player, nothing is more exhilarating than putting myself into a high-pressure environment. At the time of starting the 8-week Challenge I was one month into the recovery phase after my ACL reconstruction. I was pretty much bedridden and had lost a lot of weight from 158lb before surgery to 140lb after being in bed for a month. The weight loss was from mainly muscle mass in my upper body and my right leg from the lack of mobility.

Thanks to YOR Health I've reached my goal weight of 150lb in 8 weeks! That's about 10lb of lean muscle gain! I also had support from my loved ones and friends to help me get back to my own feet which motivated me to pursue my goals once again. I started to feel energized and saw results from utilizing the Full Circle of Health. I was in the gym 6 days a week and I wasn't just improving physically but mentally as well. Gaining more lean muscle mass has never felt so rewarding and my muscles were replenishing slowly but surely throughout the challenge. The key was consistency!

Every morning before breakfast I mix the YOR Berryblast, YOR Supergreens, and YOR Fiber Plus into a drink, which assisted me with high-level energy and focus throughout lectures in college as well as in the gym.
During the day, I take 2 YOR Essential Vitamins before meals and 1 YOR Digestive Ultra during meals.
In between meals I like taking the YOR Shake as a healthy snack to avoid hunger, and another serving for after workouts.
Lastly, I like to maintain a strong immune system and repair my digestive organs by taking 1 YOR Probiotics and 1 YOR Repair Ultra before going to bed.

The 8-week Challenge has definitely conditioned me to follow my health and fitness routine which I will continue to use for the many challenges to come!
