I've lost 7 pounds and 4 pant sizes on the 8 week challenge, but most importantly I've gained confidence, a great support group of friends, and a healthy lifestyle! I used the Best Body set in order to accomplish my goal. The first month I worked out about once a week but still lost the majority of the weight within that time period. The second month I really started to enjoy going to the gym and challenged myself to go five times a week. I believe the only reason the scale reads 120 pounds is because I've gained so much muscle.
