hola que tal. Soy Angel Rivera. Estoy muy contento por haber terminado mi tercer reto de 8 semanas.
Desde que conocí los productos de Yor Health no he dejado de consumirlos. Me siento muy contento y feliz de ver descubierto este producto por qué en verdad hacen un cambio en tu vida y en tu cuerpo.
Con un peso de 85kg empecé este reto, me dediqué a disminuir la grasa mala de mi cuerpo y de tonificar y aumentar mi masa muscular. Lo noto en mi cuerpo y en mi físico, los cambios y los resultados fueron los esperados para mí. Disminuí la grasa mala y aumente masa muscular.
De estar mucho tiempo prácticamente crossfit, cambie un poco mi entrenamiento y decidí entrenar Gym. Los resueltos se hicieron esperar en poco tiempo.
Los productos que no puedo dejar de tomar son las Digestivas y el SuperGreen. Me siento fantástico, sano, feliz, lijero, limpio por dentro y con más energía y buen humor.
Practico Gym toda la semana con el fin de semana de descanso. Les recomiendo cero dulces, el dulce es malísimo para el cuerpo. Los productos los consumo diario este o no en el reto mi cuerpo consume diariamente producto Yor Health.
