hola amigos mi nombre es ivan maciel espindola estoy muy emocionado por que hoy termina mi segundo ciclo del reto yor best body mi peso anterior en este reto fue de 65 kilos y gracias al reto y alos productos de yor health pude subir a 67 kilos de masa corporal.los productos que utilice en este reto fueron el yor muscle energy y la malteada yor shake. el producto lo empese a tomar de la siguiente forma el muscle energy durante ell entrenamiento y la malteada yor shake al finalizar mi entrenamiento de 2 horas estuve entrenando de lunes a sabado un promedio de 2 horas diarias. el ver que mi cuerpo va evolucionando es muy estimulante y me llena de mucha alegria ver que en pocos meses he logrado lo ke en un periodo de 8 a12 meses se ve con mucho esfuerzo y dietas muy rigurosas esto me motiva aquerer seguir en el siguiente reto y que las personas que no creen en los productos puedan ver en mi ese testimonio de logro exito salud y bienestar ke solo en yorhealth puedo encontrar
