Al terminar el día de hoy mi ciclo del RETO YOR-8 semanas, me siento con alegría y satisfacción de alcanzar la meta que me había propuesto al inicio de definir mi cuerpo, marcar los brazos, triceps, biceps y tonificar un poco el abdomen.
