el dia de hoy termina mi reto de yorbestbody empeze con un peso de 95 kilogramos,logre bajar 5,800 kilogramos llegando al peso de 89,200 kilogramos, quiero decir que siempre me habia estancado en este peso debido a que siempre he tenido problemas digestivos y de estriñimiento la primera semana de mi reto empeze a sentirme mejor los primeros dias sentia un poco de inflamacion pero las siguientes semanas logre sentir un cambio en mi energia y en mi digestion.
la forma en que me tomaba los productos en las mañanas empezaba a tomar las una capsula de probiotics ultra y repair ultra seguido por el yor shake con una medida de fiberplus , en la tarde antes de la comida me tomaba el supergreens y mediahora antes de la comida el yor shape y durante la comida me tomaba las digest ultra, durante el dia cuando me sentia cansado tomaba el berry blast, durante mis primeras cuatro semanas en el reto no hice ejercicio por problemas de salus, en las otras cuatro empeze a dedicar una hora de cardio cada 2 dias y empeze a comer saludable debido a que ya no tenia antojo de comida chatarra.
