I really enjoyed my fist 8 week Yor Health challenge cycle but its in the second cycle where you begin to notice real muscle gain and results.

Its really exciting when you begin to get the results you deserve for all the hard work your putting in. When you are always putting in 100% at the gym and sticking to a really strict eating plan you expect to see results. In the past I never felt I received the results I deserved for the amount of effort I put into both my training and diet. In the past Its been really un motivating for me when I have been training really hard and dieting yet I keep gaining weight.
