Me sentí excelente al tomar los productos de yor health durante mi reto sentí mas energía y mas fuerza tomaba en las mañanas al levantarme el probiotic a ultra y después la MRP en el desayuno después en el almuerzo me comía 6 claras de huevo y el digest ultra una hora después me tomaba el supergreen y hacia mi comida normal de pollo o pescado en la tarde noche iba al crossfit el cual lo hacia de lunes a viernes y durante el ejercicio tomaba el muscle energy junto con el berryblast, los cuales dan mucha energía y te sirve para hacer mas ejercicio, al llegar después del ejercicio me tomaba la MRP con un atún y antes de dormir me tomaba una píldora de repair ultra con esta despiertas sin que te duelan los musculos. la vdd seguiré consumiendo estos productos que funcionan y bien. Lamentablemente hace un mes y dos semanas (2 de octubre de 2015) tuve una lesión en la rodilla y no pude alcanzar los resultados que deseaba pero quiero recuperarme y seguir con los retos para alcanzar mis metas!!!.
