Hello YOR Health community,

I'm 19 years old, full time college student and part-time worker. With such a busy schedule I always had excuses as to why I couldn't accomplish something. But I was also fed up... I was invited to a challenge party and there's no doubt that YOR came into my life at the best time. This was my first 8-week challenge and I truly have seen the change in myself. At first I was skeptical, and didn't really give into the products. But after taking the products I noticed the differences in my body within the first week.

I told myself that if I was going to take on this challenge. I would take it seriously and not give into temptations or bad habits (over eating). I had to commit to working out approximately 4-5 times a week for at least 45 min. I implemented Cardio, HIIT ( high intensity interval training, and weight training. I've always struggled with making healthy food choices and YOR made it easy for me to choose what I was going to eat throughout the day.

I started my day with the YOR probiotics Ultra every morning, then for breakfast I would have the YOR shake (my favorite) after my workout. On weekends I replaced the yor shake with some egg whites, toast, rich protein breakfast. Then for lunch I would have a light lunch ( tuna, turkey sandwich, salad , etc) with YOR super greens. Sometimes I would switch my morning with the super greens instead of shake. Then I would have another YOR shake for dinner or a home cooked meal followed by the YOR digest ultra. I only took the YOR super slim before I had a very heavy or fast food meal. The products definitely have changed my lifestyle. I'm no longer super tired after school and work. I have the energy to do many things I couldn't do before (lazyness is terrible): haha

TODAY I'm grateful to have been invited to the YOR health challenge party because it truly was an eye opening experience. I'm young and I want to inspire the youth to take care of themselves and their health. YOR has so many opportunities to help us grow. I've seen the change in myself and I hope to keep getting stronger and feeling healthier everyday.
