La verdad es que ha sido una gran experiencia este reto porque me ha permitido conocer los productos de Yor Health y al mismo tiempo buscar una mejor salud y bienestar para mi persona.
Realice una combinacion de ejercicio, con una mejor alimentacion y los productos de Yor Health.
En cuanto a los productos tomaba por la mañana y por la noche la malteada de YOR SHAKE la cual me gusto mucho su sabor, todo esto combinado con una buena alimentacion, también tome en cada comida Yor Digest Ultra y note mucho que mi digestion mejora mucho.
En cuanto a ejercicio práctique natación y pesas asi como fit dance.
Tambien tome Yor Fiber Plus y Yor Supergreens alternadamente para lo cual lo combinaba con jugos para hacerlos mas poderosos.
