Mi peso era de 60 kg, para mi estatura es un peso ideal!, mi meta era definir masa muscular y quitarme esa panzita, sobrante y los gorditos de la cintura...
Inicié mi reto de 8 semanas cambiando mi estilo de alimentacion!!

-Fruta con yogurt por la mañana al despertar (8-9am)
-Rutina de ejercicio de 1 hora SIEMPRE acompañada de mi MUSCLE ENERGY!!!!! + 3 Yor Shape.
-Colación a las 11-12hrs. Con Yor Supergreens + fiber plus + nueces o fruta!!!
-La comida totalmente normal...
-Colación a las 3 horas de comer con frutas o semillas y nuevamente Yor Supergreens.
-A la hora de la cena, mi Yor Shake!!

Las primeras 5 semanas inicie con ejercicio 3 veces a la semana, cuidando mi alimentación... Las últimas 3 semanas hacia 40-60 min de insanity de lunes a viernes... Los sábados y domingos no me apegué a cuidar tanto mi alimentación, en ningún momento del tiempo de mi reto.

El reto en definitiva cambio mis hábitos alimenticios, y a pesar de que no lo hice en forma y me di mis diestrampes de fin de semana obtuve resultados! me siento saludable!, con mucha energía, fue maravilloso que con todo y la rutina diaria en el consultorio trabajando jamás sentí un bajón de energía, en definitiva esto se convirtió en un nuevo estilo de vida, y estaré en el siguiente reto de 8 semanas, totalmente decidida a hacerlo enserio!!!
