This is my first challenge that I have ever competed in and I was amazed with the results that I have achieved.

Before this challenge I was at a very I'll state In my life, I was eating less than 1000 calories per day and most of my vitamin and mineral levels were extremely low and I just felt horrible every day I woke up.

So I decided to get myself back on track and set a new 8 week goal, not just to put on muscle and feel more energetic, but to know and feel healthy. And this challenge helped changed my left to make that happen

The products were simply amazing, my day started with;

Supergreens, fibre, berry blast upon rising
Followed by Vitamins and digestive enzymes with each of my main meals
And to finish it off, I had a Probiotic at bedtime

These helped my body get back into balance and I'm so very thankful of them.

I exercises quite frequently, about 5-6 times a week with multiple sessions a day. So I kept pushing myself after battling through 16 weeks of being exhausted and tired everyday and I was so motivated to make a change.

So this challenge for me was the first step into achieving my goal of competing on stage in 2016. The motivation is set, the plan is there and I'm waking up every morning and taking action to make my dream become real.
